I've slowly drifted a bit above my "median weight" over the past few months, and would like to lose a few pounds in time for all of the holiday season dinner parties and whatnot. I'm training for a half-marathon in late November, but the running alone hasn't helped me lost much weight... I guess I need to pay a little more attention to my diet too, and keep myself accountable!
